The RPI forecast site has Dayton at the moment number 8 with a projected RPI of 27 and a 23-7 final record, 13-5 in the A Ten. Does this seem reasonable to UD fans or do you see something different? With D.P. back I can see that as a possibility with a number of the tougher teams here at the arena this year but I think we have to get a more in sync offense going forward especially outside shooting and free throw percentage. Guess a lot of what happens will depend on how smoothly Pierre adjusts to playing with a bunch of new players and finding a good lineup that produces on both sides of the ball. Looks like there'll be seven or eight A Ten teams in the top 100 so it'll be a tough road again but it always is. We play a couple of the better teams right away with Davidson and G.W. so we'll know pretty quickly how we look against the top of the league. Here's hoping the forecast is accurate as 23 wins should get us in the dance for three years in a row, a great accomplishment for Archie and the team.
