After all he has been through, Mali has been the spark and leader that the team has missed for the past 2 years. He is currently 2nd in the entire country in assist rate, at a phenomenal 45%. He is shooting 67% from this year and is up to 45% for his career. On track to be the career 3pt% leader at UD. His defense has been lockdown as usual. We just need him to start hitting some FT’s.
Now let’s pray he stays healthy. He came into this season as a forgotten piece, and a third of the way through has become the most important.
