Checking out the conference only stats and Dayton is only giving up 59 points in A Ten games, first in the league along with holding teams to below 40% shooting and have a +6 rebounding edge. Our point differential is +13 second only to VCU and we're up in the top two or three in most defensive catagories. Seems like this is what we can hang our hat going forward as we'll win a lot of games with stats like that. I'm glad everyone has bought into playing lockdown defense as some of our offensive stats aren't world beaters to this point.Really need to concentrate more on foul shooting as it's still not good and as many close games we may have down the road, it will cost us if we don't improve.
