Great Alaska Shootout will end after this year, a tournament most Dayton fans have terrible memories of. Back in '93 we went up there not only lost all three games but lost Alex Robertson for the year maybe our best player, came home lost our home opener for the first time in decades and ended up losing 26 games starting the worst streak of basketball in UD's history, something at times we still seem to suffer effects from. Know we never took a trip up to Anchorage again
