There has been a lot of talk about conference affiliation impacting recruiting. Verbal Commits lists the average stars on each team. The A10 averages 2.56 stars per team versus the Big East at 3.25. UD would rank 10th in terms of talent in the Big East. Based on the averages, the Big East recruits about 0.7 stars more per player than the A10 .

I am surprised how high LaSalle and St Louis is and how low VCU, Richmond and George Washington are based on performance.
