Flyer Alum Steve Wilder put together his power rankings for the A10...
- George Mason (2-0) ... Road wins matter a lot. Blowout wins on road are noteworthy ... 25-point win at St. Joseph, 15-point win over St. Bonaventure at home. Great start.
- VCU (1-0) ... Road wins matter a lot. Blowout wins on road are noteworthy ... 25-point win at Fordham.
- Davidson (1-0) ... Expected more than a 4-point win over Duquesne. Maybe the Dukes are pretty good.
- Dayton (1-0) ... 24-point win at home over bad Richmond team. Good start.
- St. Louis (1-0) ... 60 points scored in a 7-point win at home over depleted Rhode Island. So-so.
- George Washington (1-0) ... Totally unexpected 14-point win at St. Joseph.
- Duquesne (0-1) ... Hung tough on road in 4-point loss to Davidson. Maybe the Dukes are pretty good.
- Rhode Island (0-1) ... Pretty much as expected 7-point loss at St. Louis ... not figuring in that the Rams would be playing without Fatts Russell. Could have been worse.
- LaSalle (1-0) ... Healthier Explorers pull off an unexpected in 9-point win at UMass.
- St. Bonaventure (0-1) ... 15-point loss at George Mason. No surprises. Nothing shocking.
- Richmond (0-1) 24-point loss at Dayton. At least the Spiders didn't get blown out at home.
- UMass (0-1) ... Simply can't lose to LaSalle by 9 at home, even if the Explorers are a little healthier
- Fordham (0-1) ... Home losses are always bad. 25-point home losses are unacceptable.
- St. Joseph (0-2) ... 25-point and 15-point losses at home. Awful and shocking.
