It's become clearer the last few games that this team is missing something. There is the obvious stuff we can point fingers at and claim it's the problem but I think it is the less obvious stuff that is the issue.
I've been watching body language and general reactions by the guys through out the recent games and concluded that there is a big lack of leadership on the court. I think they get along well enough but there just isn't that one personality that lends itself to be that vocal leader. It was pretty obvious the leadership roles that Devin Oliver had 2 years ago and Jordan Sibert carried last year. There is no obvious leader on this team this year and at this point of the season it's looking likely there isn't going to be one.
