Some guy called up to John Bedell on the post game show, ranting about not playing anybody off the bench. I couldn’t disagree more. Anthony Grant stated a few weeks ago that he isn’t trying to send a message to anyone. He said he plays guys who deserve to play. Not playing the bench for the whole second half says a lot. If you aren’t productive, or don’t get it done in practice, you shouldn’t and will not play. To be honest, I’ve seen enough of most of those guys. The performance of the team goes down when they come in. They are what they are as players. I’ve said this a few weeks ago. It’s going to be an interesting spring.
