OK, almost 24 hour rule. The Umass/ Lowell game is done. We have 2 huge games against pretty good teams this week. Lipscomb is the real deal and would be a top level team in the A 10. They have a true big that will give Holmes his toughest test so far. The positive going forward is that the conference stinks and gives us an opportunity to improve and perhaps do something special in March. ( guys it’s Nov 13 we have to keep hope alive) We need to head to Orlando 3 and 1. So we are going To treat Wed/Sat as a mini tourney. Monday nite is the Anthony Grant show and you can tweet or call in and ask the questions that have been bugging ya this week.
I have 2 questions for him…..coach, the team has come out slow on offense and they seem to be struggling as any young team would. What changes will we see to pick up the tempo and Let these young kids free and make it simple. On defense we had only one steal on Sat why don’t you let the dogs loose amd let them press and trap to get the energy going and the crowd going early. ( long question) Number 2 .. are us considering line up change the way Mali and Weaver played so we get a better start and gain confidence. Let’s move forward ..what would you guys ask?
