Question for Ohio guys - Sincere Carry

What's the story with Sincere Carry? Was he recruited by UD with any emphasis? Saw that he had originally committed D2, is there more to the story? He's certainly a big part of Duquesne's good start. Thanks for any feedback on this one, it's quiet until St. Mary's.
