I want to start by saying we do a TON of things well. We are a good team. Having said that, there are three things I want to see from our team starting next year.
1 - Consistent effort. We have shown we can be a really good team when we play with effort. We have also shown we can be a really bad team when we don't. And we play without enough effort too often.
2 - MAKE LAYUPS! I have never understood how our team can be so poor at finishing around the rim.
3 - MAKE FREE THROWS! I have never understood how a team coached by Archie can be so poor at shooting free throws.
Archie is a great coach, but these three things need corrected/improved.
