The new NCAA requirements academically will allow several 2021 to move to 2020. Also the vote to allow transfers to play ASAP, will be discussed on April 24 and voted on in May. The P5 footballs schools are pushing hard for it to happen for this season. Several good football players are entering the portal. With both of these happening will be a crazy spring and summer.
