Lets clear this up about Bobby W ship offer

Since people are asking the same question in different threads about the Bobbys W ship offer. ARCHIE said on his show yesterday, that Wabler and him sat down and decided to give it to Bobby for the semester. Because Archie and the staff didnt find a transfer during the winter break.
