Everything was pointing up for Davidson and down for UD. Dayton definitely need more bodies last night to keep up with that pace.
As I watched the game, I had a few questions/thoughts:
1. How does this team practice? How can they go five on five, if they need to?
2. I did not see Big Steve on the bench and either Bass or Detwon did not look there as well. I understand Big Steve probably cant travel (partial qualifier), which will suck with travel to the A10 and postseason tournaments. But here is my question, what does Dayton look like if Big Steve was eligible? How would Big Steve fit into the style of ball UD is playing now?
New players and Big Steve will definitely bring another change in style to Dayton basketball. Although I like rooting for this style.
Love the Chicago connection, Kyle and Kendall. But will probably love them more next season. Playing with their youth and athleticism, will be playing with experience and smart going forward.
