Sounds like the NCAA will have a vote this November concerning the transfer rule eliminating the one year waiting period a student athlete has to sit after switching schools. Long as the player stays eligible with his or her grades they could play immediately. Some say this would really hurt the smaller schools and that the number of players transferring would greatly excede the 800+ we had this year. Bigger schools probably would be for it but if all 300 or so schools vote on it I can't see it actually passing.
