The North Carolina ruling will only embolden the FBI and it should. 3 years of due diligence, interviews etc and they just found ...well not enough. On the other hand in a short time they are to determine that players like Toppin/Kostas have to sit out because there classes didn't add up. My instinct is that both of them would have been eligible at NC. I have Zero doubt that NC would have fixed there transcripts to get them in...no doubt. also Dayton after a week of diligence revokes the scholarship of a player for getting drunk. Wouldn't tolerate that display of behavior. So the Schools like Dayton have to live by this corrupt governing body that lacks any integrity and leans on all fronts towards the big schools. The NCAA grandstands this week and names Condi Rice to head up a committee to work to rule on the FBI investigations.....but they wont have that until April, right after the NCAA BB Tourney...we of course need Arizona and Louisville and other Big schools to able to play, while Toppin watches the Flyers in street clothes. Hypocrisy..... I dont even know if that's the right word.
