I am disgusted with the U.D. Arena Staff

I went to U.D., my oldest daughter received her law degree from U.D., my son received his undergraduate degree from U.D. , my wife had to renew her teaching certificate she did it at U.D. and while my youngest daughter went to Ohio State our whole family are U.D. basketball fans and my wife and I have season tickets.

In 2012 I had back surgery and today I can't walk very far and can only stand for 21/2 minutes. In 2015 I lost my left eye which was my good my right eye is what is called a lazy eye and I can't see very far and what I can see is blurred unless I am close. My wife had surgery and now has to have an oxygen tube with her.

What does all this mean????? The U.D. Arena staff cannot find my wife and I two handicapped seats.
I DO NOT THINK THEY EVEN TRIED.
Because of this my wife and I are now most likely going to lose our seats.

THANKS FOR NOTHING AND i MEAN NOTHING U.D. ARENA STAFF.
