Nine games into the conference and the top of the league has VCU 9-0 Dayton 8-1 St. Joes 7-2 G.W. and the Bonnies both at 6-3. Only other team above .500 is Duquesne at 5-4. Basically a five team race to this point though nine games left make a lot of possibilities still to come. Our schedule coming up has five games against teams below five hundred in conference and it also has games against the number one and three teams, one home one on the road. RPI forecast has us favorites in all but one game going forward, so a great record is still possible if the team takes care of business. VCU looks impressive so far but they're beatable as their five losses show. Looks like it may come down to that last game at home against VCU for the A Ten regular season title. After that it'll be wide open in N.Y. for the tournament. With five games against below .500 teams we have to win all five to not drop in the rankings so let's start with G.M. Saturday and take it one game at a time. This is crunch time when the really good teams take control of the conference.
