Saw a Dayton Daily story that Hara will close down for good in August after more than 60 years. Lots of big events there over the years including sell out years with the Dayton Gems as I mentioned in an earlier thread and yes it's always been difficult to get to. Always had the Hamvention there every year so it's a little sad to see another area landmark fade away. Doesn't leave many arenas in the area, I guess UD, the Nutter Center, maybe Hobart up in Troy I doubt the City springs for another arena of that type and probably would include helping fund a new UD arena as that ship sailed many years ago.
