It appears that the power 5 are considering moving the start of college basketball season to the second semester to ensure no overlap with the MLB playoffs, college football, and the NFL. The implications might be huge for UD.
Do they cut down the schedule (non conference games)? How do they shorten the season without cutting games? Do they push back March Madness into April? Do they gut conference tournaments?
This may make it harder and harder to for UD to schedule BCS teams and all the more reason to continue our path to the Big East. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
