I've noticed recently a number of articles concerning the Expansion of the Big East again after not hearing anything for months not just from their board but independent stories saying it may be time to go to twelve teams with of course who might those teams be. Dayton and St. Louis are once again the main names mentioned though the Holy land board still brings up Gonzaga and now BYU as their favorites like the bulldogs would leave their conference where they've dominated year after year to have to take 2,000 mile road trips for all their sports not just mens' basketball. Same with BYU, makes no sense whatsoever. One thing that comes up now is the fans of the B.E. love the round robin schedule with home and home with each team that probably wouldn't happen adding two new members. I would still like to see us in that league as overall it's a better group of schools with old rivals we could start playing again, course this isn't anything official from their league yet but maybe this chatter signals something is in the offing.
