We very seldom talk about the assistant coaches. When Tim Wabler hired Archie he mentioned he was going to upgrade the talent and pay of the assistant coaches. It looks like he has been very successful because seldom in any program do you see this continuity of the coaching staff, which I think has had a significant impact on the Flyers success. I think it would be interesting to hear their perspective on the development of the program, their day to day life as an assistant, and how they share responsibilities.
