ESPN listed their most challenging coaching jobs in all 50 states and they list Dayton as the toughest in Ohio. With our success recently, the fans, the facilities, how is this a tougher gig than say Akron or Toledo or Wright St.? I know following Archie with all he accomplished will be hard but I think it's easier to win here than most of the other schools in Ohio.
